It's a small world after all (2 Sep 2010)

Its A Small World After All gave us a decent write-up even though we screwed up our arrival time. Navid, one of our top handymen, misread his work order and turned up at the estimated end time of the job (not the start time). We all make mistakes but we are pretty sure he won't do that again...
